Registered Land Surveyor

Gorman Surveying, Inc. is seeking a RLS to fill the position of Survey Crew Supervisor at our Bloomington, Minnesota location.  This position will coordinate and direct his/her survey crew to ensure that the field survey is completed to the standards of practice for land surveying.  Applicant must be a certified RLS in the State of Minnesota or a LSIT, with a  minimum of 2 years experience.  Excellent salary and benefits  package.  If interested, contact Daniel J. Civil Engineers (EIT)

Conduct construction layouts and surveys, prepare engineering drawings and design.  The individual should be self-motivated, decisive, and possess computer skills on par with current industry standards.

CAD Draftsperson

The ideal candidate for CAD draftsperson should have two years experience in using computer drafting systems, including AutoCAD, Carlson Software.  The draftsperson would assist the senior technical computer draftsperson with calculation of earthwork quantities and hydrographic, topographic, ALTA boundary, and engineering survey data.

Surveying Technician

Construction staking, topographic surveys, hydrographic surveys, engineering earthwork quantities and grading designs, and estimating work required for future projects.  The desirable candidate will have experience in surveying and engineering, as well as strong technical and communication skills.
